- A personal tour of your new home (including appliance demos!) and our beautiful community
- Assistance in setting up utilities, including phone and cable
- A welcome basket of all the essentials needed for the first few days after you move in, like toiletries and green cleaning products
- A personal introduction to both the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor
- And, if possible, a space reserved directly outside your apartment for your move-in truck
