Our History
Allstate Management was established in 1971 by entrepreneurs Steven Zalkind and Donald Love, and founded on the principle that excellent management makes a community excel. We adhere to this principle by providing exceptional customer services to all of our residents across all of our multifamily communities.
Since our inception, we have operated over 26,000 multifamily apartment units throughout the Eastern, Midwestern, and Southeastern United States. The current Allstate community portfolio consists of over 5,700 multifamily units in 24 properties valued in excess of $350,000,000.
Allstate Management is an AMO designated property management firm, wholly owned by the principals of Resource Investments Limited, LLC, and was established specifically to provide intensive management for the properties in Resource Investments Limited's portfolio.
