Accredited Management Organization

Allstate Management is an Accredited Management Organization_® (AMO_®), granted by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Only 530 firms nationwide have met the standards necessary to be AMO_® certified. An AMO_® certified firm undergoes a third party financial review and must not only show financial stability but meet rigid criteria in professional education and ethics. Recertification occurs every three years - and Allstate Management views our recertification as a commitment to our communities - and ultimately, our residents.
